Job Description

    Production & Vendor Management 
    Responsible for Vendor Hiring, alignment, training & set-up for Screening & Sampling Process 
    Responsible for driving application screening & sampling processing & related activities through vendors. 
    Ensure Rhythmic review of vendor processing & drive achievement of business SLA ( Productivity, TAT, Accuracy etc.) 
    Responsible for Cost Management ( Vendor Billing & Other sourcing related processes ) 
    Drive qualitative review of vendor process & drive vendor in achieving required hygiene & audit standard. 
    Ensure achievement of daily deliverables ( Queue Management, Fraud Trend Alert, TAT/Case Ageing, Accuracy & Other SLA ) 
    Ensure effective investigation and prioritization for maximum penetration. Keep a check on productivity, False Positives and the Account Detection Rate (ADR) . 
    Monitor and report the operational MIS, Dashboard with senior Management with adherence to SLA timelines and metrics 
    Manage 1st party and 3rd party application frauds for Screening & sampling Process 
    Timely closure of defects highlighted by audit team and feedback session to be closed and acknowledged as per schedule. 
    Ensure adherence of Customer contact strategy at vendor levels 
    Fraud Prevention Strategy 
    \"Improvise and modify existing procedures and tools to fit new, non-standard situations \" 
    Rule Performance Analysis and ensure optimum efficiencies from the Centralized & Automated sampling Process. 
    Rhythmic review with stakeholders for policy & rules and implement the changes on timely basis 
    Timely identification & reporting of Fraud Trends and work towards internal process fix 
    Communication of dispute and fraud case to the concerned team and assist investigation team as required. 
    Other Initiatives 
    Drive Change initiative on Production to ensure system & processes are updated to mitigate latest fraud techniques 
    Liaise with Other Fraud Control team for updates and best practice sharing on fraud controls 
    Support project teams on UAT & PVT as per requirement. 
    Stakeholder & Escalation Management related to Screening & Sampling processing 
    Explore and implement opportunities to reduce cost
