Job Description

Monitor & maintain the quality of the Standard, ensuring relevant hygiene, health and safety 
Guidelines.
Preparing strategies for the year to improve sales.
Responsible for planning the set menu items and any specials as well as provide the recipes. Plan a La Carte, Buffet and Party Menu. Standardize Recipes, presentation of all a la carte dishes.
Select, train and place employees. Manage the team for better performance and efficiency while providing regular training sessions to the new incumbents in voice and accent as well as updating the existing ones; allocate work to the team members.
Review existing systems & procedures and designed internal controls/quality audit checks for various operational areas for achieving higher operational efficiency, resource rationalization and cost reduction.
Formulate & implement strategic plans to enhance brand positioning & implemented strict measures in customer care procedures to optimize guest satisfaction & retention
Deftly handle all payments & receipts of cash from customers & recording the same in separate books after having counted & recounted each cash receipt & payment
Accountable for preparing and sending day-to-day cash transactions report to the Head of the department for effective rendering of services .
