As Sales Head, he must have sound knowledge & understanding of Sales & Marketing function in distribution market. An excellent communicator having loads of patients to listen and have the confidence to succeed in a competitive environment, the perseverance to endure and the will to overcome all odds, come whatever the situation. One must be excellent in people relations & capable to lead a senior team impartially. He must be fair to all with an eye for detail, would be the ideal person. The position requires travelling ( minimum 15 days monthly ).
The Person : One must be a graduate with a post graduate degree / diploma in Business Management from a premium institute with 15 – 20 years experience in Sales & Marketing domain ( preferable from a FMCG organization ).
