Creating a digital roadmap in alignment with the strategic initiatives in collaboration with the senior management and various functions across the organization.
Evaluate digital initiatives based on ROI/IRR in terms of both cost savings and additional revenue generation
Work with senior management for various functions along with business strategy
Evaluating and working with different vendors to ensure optimal implementations of digital solutions
Develop marketing content around digital to help the company leverage digital as competitive differentiation
Keep abreast of the latest in the digital domain and identifying relevant technologies / solutions / opportunities for the organization
Develop thought leadership content to promote digital both internally and externally
Be the face of the company for digital which will involve interaction with prospects, customers, analysts and media etc. along with participation in various forums and events
Manage change for digital transformation

A strategist that can act as the bridge between the CEO and Senior Leadership bringing in the customer, productivity, business model, automation and technology perspective along with understanding of the business imperatives.
The ability to speak business language to communicate effectively across business units and segments.
The ability to set up an effective ecosystem both within and outside the organization to extract the most optimal benefit from digital.
Excellent communication skills to be an effective representative for digital both internally and externally.
International exposure either in IT or business will be helpful
Ability to manage cross-functional teams with people having varied skill sets ranging from manufacturing to technology.
Experience in project management and vendor management will be preferred.
A self-starter with an entrepreneurial attitude to identify and lead digital initiatives.
Must have prior experience at leadership position.
Must have an exposure to Change Management, experience of working in digital projects, knowledge of industry best practices.
