Overall responsibility for the deployment, monitoring, maintenance,development, upgrade, and support of all IT systems, including ERP,servers, PCs, operating systems, software applications, and peripherals Develop standard operating procedures and best practices and guidance to IT staff and to end-users. Manage IT operations of multi-locational projects across group verticals,Provide IT & Business Road-map. Setup/Manage the central IT Help-desk. Provide SAP implementation & Business Process mapping Maintain IT Standards.Manage the systems to maximize effectiveness & minimize costs. Implement IT policy & procedures for Information Security. Manage IT Budgets. Maximize IT business growth through low cost IT operations,Provide MIS for Business to Business leaders,Negotiate large enterprise Agreement/Contracts/SLAs. Manage the centralized IT Delivery operations of multiple large scale projects across group verticals. Oversee back-office operations, including networks. Manage multiple Plant networks & communication systems, including voice, data, and imaging. Provide IT support for systems residing in remote environments. Design & Deliver IT Infra Services to group companies.
