IT Windows System Administrator
Minimum work experience:1 - 3 Years Windows Admin-L2 (Mandatory) Assembling, hardware up gradation troubleshooting. Windows maintenance, upgrade & update the windows. MS outlook configuration, Outlook backup & restore and troubleshooting.-Disk Management, partitions. Printer installation and troubleshooting. Antivirus update & virus protection. Printer, Scanner configuration & troubleshooting. Troubleshooting of hardware and O/S. Basic Networking. TCP/IP Configuration, Internet Maintenance. Manage Domain environment Manage shared folder and devices through permission Internet & LAN configuration, troubleshooting Manage Antivirus (Symantec, Kaspersky, MacAfee) Issue H/W, S/W and accessories to users. Co-ordinating with the customer As an Administrator, you should be able to do system administration, Incident / problem determination and resolution on a 24x7 basis Incident, Problem, Change and Configuration management, Service incidents and queries within the agreed service levels. Perform Service Requests based on Standard Operating Procedures. Work on scheduled tasks as part of Change Management. Should be able to handle issues independently and suggest/ implement services improvements plans.
