Conduct statistical modelling to support all internal projects.

- Ability to link to multiple sources of data for the same study

- Expert skill in analyzing and interpreting both qualitative and quantitative data

- Ability to translate analytic outputs into commercial insights

- Develop standardized methodologies, with a focus on providing guidelines on measurement, data collection and analysis and interpretation

- Innovation - continuously scan the academic/commercial analytics fields to bring in new/different methodologies

- Become the SME for a specific domain by constantly tracking the news, key developments and technological advances
