Senior Java Developer - J2EE/EJB/Spring (6-10 yrs)

Position : Senior Java Developer

Location : Bangaore/Bengaluru

Number of openings : 6 (Six).

Reporting to : Technical Lead / Sr. Technical Lead

Pay : Not a limitation for the candidate(s)

Primary Job Responsibilities in this position will include :

- Responsible for system analysis, design and Java application programming

- Provide application implementation services for in-house projects

- Provide system support on more complex user enquiries and production problems

- Lead and guide developers to complete assigned jobs and provide day-to-day system support

- Assist IT Managers/SSAs on project management, team management and vendor management

- Establish quality assurance processes and testing strategies

Requirements for this position :

- Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines

- Minimum 5 years working experience in Information Technology

- Solid experience in systems design / development and testing methodologies

- Solid experience in implementing projects of various sizes

- Experience in Java, J2EE, EJB and XML - latest versions are preferred

- Experience in WebSphere, Hibernate, Spring framework and DB2 or other RDBMS are definite advantage

- Familiar with SDLC cycle, UNIX platform and UNIX shell scripts

- Knowledge in financial systems is a plus

- Strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively with all levels
