With increasing expectation on compliance & risk, the ITAM program is becoming a successful and important solution within Iron Mountain to mitigate the risks and non-compliance.
The IT Asset Management (ITAM) team is seeking a motivated and experienced person in the capacity of Analyst position with 3+ years of experience to drive the Software license governance activity.
Capture and analyze 3rd party software license data and software deployment data for Iron Mountain locations around the world. Capture and maintain hardware asset data for the Companys PCs, servers, storage units, routers, and hubs around the world. Develop proficiency with the tools used to support the ITAM program, including LANDesk Data Analytics, IBM BixFix, Solar Winds, Assyst, and Oracle iProcurement. Perform activities related to 3rd party software audits. Perform ongoing operational work by reviewing hardware and software purchase requisitions, producing reports and dashboard data, and responding to internal inquiries. Design and support improved internal processes associated with all aspects of IT Asset Management: procurement, deployment, use, and retirement. Support Procurements technology sourcing function by providing hardware and software licensing expertise and engaging in supplier discussions about Iron Mountain requirements.
