Job Description

    - Understanding user requirements and communicating that to software/hardware vendor

    - Planning and managing internal and external dependencies to deliver solution

    - Managing vendor to deliver solution on time

    - Testing and verifying vendor solution meets company requirements

    - Managing error and change request resolution with vendor

    - Coordination with Operations teams for rollout

    - Providing level 1 support to Operations team

    Project Management - Special Projects

    - Understanding and documenting user requirements

    - Analyzing technical and non-technical solutions to meet requirements

    - Co-ordinating with third-party providers to understand possible solutions

    - Evaluating options against company requirements and recommending best-fit solution

    - Creating a project plan including resource plan and timeline to deliver the solution

    - Coordinating internal and external teams and dependencies to deliver solution
