Job Description

Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of a project
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
Work with internal business partners to ensure all project requirements and objectives are gathered, understood, and properly executed
Ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within scope
Manage resource availability and allocation
Establish and cultivate relationships with internal partners as well as business stakeholders
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Report and escalate to management as needed
Communicate project expectations as well as manage changes to project scope, timing or resources
Facilitate cross functional team meetings to provide regular updates on project progress against plan to project team and business partners
Ability to forecast resource workload as well as manage project backlog based on availability and timing
