Process Test questioners needs to be set, to encompass latest Process updates / changes, escalations, errors, etc. And conduct process test for the respective teams once every month. Any internal, external (through TL) error feedback needs to be shared and documented Be a team player by providing required inputs on time to enable the team to process the task efficiently Adaptable to learn new processes, concepts and skills.
