Delegating and monitoring BAU and ad hoc project activity * Managing data accuracy and integrity through regular checks and reporting, giving the ability to monitor internal * Regular monitoring of SLA and activity being delivered to agreed time scales * First escalation point for customer queries * Act as \"HR for HR\" point of contact; first line support to HR leadership team on more complex cases * Providing experience and guidance to HR Coordinators, wider HR and the business on the wide range of HR Operations activities
