Job Description
1. Responsible for forecasting and drawing manpower plan in with the budgetary projections. 2. Responsible for post recruitment formalities (joining, Induction, Orientation) 3. Responsible to coordinate and Implement Training & Development Programs as per the training calendar. 4. Responsible to Monitor Contract Labour, Security Services and ensure their renewals from time to time.
